Video: Quicksilver | Multiple Launch/Delay

by postbreak

I decided to record a screencast showing off a few advanced features of Quicksilver I use daily. These features may have been demoed other places however I still feel that they are relevant to even some power users of Quicksilver.

The first is doing multiple tasks with the comma. Simply invoke Quicksilver, start a task, and instead of hitting return add a comma and go onto another task. When you have all of your tasks finished hit return and Quicksilver will do the rest.

The second tip is how to delay an action. Simply setup your action and instead of hitting return hit control-return. This will allow you to enter another parameter. Type “Run after delay” and tab over again. Here you can set the delay amount. The format for this is “10s” for ten seconds or “15m” for fifteen minutes.
